"My family had been with Vic for over 40yrs. As of these last few years the customer service from his office has not been the best and they are lacking on needs. Messing up policies multiple times even after being on the phone to correct the issue to find it was still wrong. Had a member of the office call trying to sell me on life insurance for my kids to then try to deep drive into why my family were leaving this agent. The gentleman would not take no or I'm not sure for an answer. I had to finally hang up on him after being on the phone for an hour listening to him talk about his health issues. (Yes I understand "family" company, but an unwanted phone call to begin with wasting my time after saying no is not how I wanted to spend a Sunday night). Recently I added a new vehicle and created a new policy setting up autopay from my checking account instead of adding it to my fiancé policy because it was a better rate. 2 weeks later come to find out the changes I made were over-rode and added the new vehicle to the other policy making the rate jump up $120/month! When I called the office I was told I couldn't change it, which I know was not true because I had to do it last yr when my parents left the policy. We went elsewhere and now pay 1/3 of what we were being charged for the same coverage with more benefits. Definitely look into your policy with this office if you feel something is wrong, your gut feeling most likely is correct!"
